Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Delivery rates are calculated by distance for delivery from bakery location. There is no charge for Order Pickup. Rates are ~$1 per mile. In order to ensure the safety of our drivers, Sugarfoot’s does not guarantee delivery times.

 

Uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery. Please be aware that the time quote you receive is simply an estimation of when we will be able to arrive, and not a guarantee of an exact delivery time.

 

Sugarfoot’s guarantees delivery only to the address you specify when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility when given incorrect addresses or recipient information. (For ex: company has moved; recipient is on vacation, etc.)

 

Although we will make every effort to correct any error we find before delivery, we cannot be responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the address you have specified. Therefore, please make sure that you have correct delivery information when ordering, as we cannot credit you back for these orders.

 

If you are not home, or answering your phone when we deliver to you, you will be responsible for picking up your order or it will be left at the door at the drivers discretion. You will not be refunded.

 

Any items that are out of stock or ordered within the required time limits, a best substitution will be provided.

DELIVERIES TO A BUSINESS OR OFFICE:

No prior phone call will be made since we can be reasonably sure that someone will be there to accept the order for delivery. We either hand-deliver the order to the recipient at the workplace, or leave the order with the receptionist, depending on the procedures of each workplace.

 

DELIVERIES TO A HOME RESIDENCE:

If you arrange a time to deliver with the recipient, and they are not home or answering their door at that time, we will  leave the order on their front door or take it back to the bakery at the driver's discretion.  We will leave them a voice or text message alerting them to the presence of the order. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged orders that are left on the porch. Recipient will be responsible for pickup of their order, or arrange for re-delivery at an additional fee.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable & perishable nature of our products, NO REFUNDS will be given once payment is received.

Custom order retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Personal preference is not grounds for a refund. Any issue which is a matter of taste, preference, or expectation beyond what is explicitly described in writing will not be refunded. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Sugarfoot's Cupcakes®, recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining  our customers’s privacy. All in formation collected from you on our website is considered confidential and is used for the purpose of conducting general business practices. We will never sell or disclose any information to any third party.
